Workday Accounts deprovisioning issue

Hello Team,

We are trying to deprovision certain entitlements for some users who belongs to workday Accounts source via certification campaign. But we are facing error. Error is as below :

[“openconnector.ConnectorException: \u003cfaultcode\u003eSOAP-ENV:Server.processingError\u003c/faultcode\u003e\u003cfaultstring\u003eProcessing error occurred. The task submitted is not authorized.\u003c/faultstring\u003e”]

“The task submitted is not authorized”. Does it mean Workday service account which is being used don’t have enough permissions?, we have checked with workday team and they provided below permissions :

  1. Roles : Manage
  2. Manage : Organization Roles

but still same error. Can anyone please suggest?
