Work item forward & LCM User Notification - Do not send Notification

IdentityIQ 8.4

I want remove two notifications:

  • When a work item is forwarded
  • The email send to the user LCM User Notification.

How can I achieve this?

Hi @claborde - For the 1st one, are you referring to the notification that is sent to the requestor anytime the workitem is forwarded?

For the 2nd one, You can remove Notify User under the notification section of the LCM Provisioning Workflow.

Yes this one, the only solution I have for now is to not select a template in the lobal parameters for this notification.

That is one way to do it. You can also try a global work item forwarding rule and set a specific identity as the newOwner. It still sends one out, but you have control where.
