  • We have marked some of the application schema attributes as ‘Managed’. We observed that attributes which are marked as Managed does not show in the access review.
  • We also reviewed the identity → exceptions tag and the attributes which are marked as ‘Managed’ are not also not populated there.
  • Please confirm if our understanding is correct that attributes which marked as ONLY Managed does not show up under access review.

Hi @HarnishaM ,

Yes, your understanding is correct — attributes marked only as Managed will not appear in access reviews.

If you mark an application schema attribute as Managed, it will be included in the Entitlement Catalog, allowing you to assign an owner, set a display name, and add a description. These attributes can also be made requestable and used in policy definitions.

If you mark the attribute as an Entitlement, it will also appear in the Entitlement Catalog, but more importantly, it will be added to the identity cube, making it visible in certifications and available for role mining.
