WebServices Connector - Before & After operation rule limits

Hello all,

We plan on using the before & after operation rule for our webservices connector to execute some business logic before adding or removing entitlements. Are there are any limits on the execution of these rules? like # of concurrent executions etc. OR any known performance issues for a high volume of operations (we expect a lot of access requests)

We have some concerns as the afterModifyRule for AD skips execution for some requests and processes others when there’s a high volume.
