VA installation

Good morning,
I’m setting up the 4 VAs in sandbox and VA1 in Cluster1 loaded fine. I cannot get any of the other 3 VAs to load on either of cluster (just in case their was a keyPass mismatch).
All 4 servers have been set up identically (should have been).
I’m getting this error when I look at va_agent.log:

RestClient::Unauthorized: 401 Unauthorized: ["/usr/local/bundle/gems/rest-client-2.0.1/lib/restclient/abstract_response.rb:223:in `exception_with_response’"

And this is from the charon.log:
:"Error checking credentials: Seahorse::Client::NetworkingError: SSL_connect SYSCALL returned=5 errno=0 state=SSLv2/v3 read server hello A: ["/usr/local/lib/ruby/2.3.0/net/protocol.rb:44:in `connect_nonblock’"

did you have set the certificates and configured the port for a secure connection?

Hi @enistri_devo,

It turns out that the documentation for the firewall rules is out of date.
On the plus side, I learnt a lot about debugging, so today has been a school day.
