VA Deployment problem in DemoHub

Hello,

We have a partner tenant and are downloading the VA from this source DemoHub Virtual Appliance

We are able to connect de VA with our tenant, but once we add the VA into a Source, we are unable to connect to that source and are presented with de following error:

Checking the Cluster with the APIs (/managed-clusters) I can see that some of cluster configuration regarding certificates are empty:

We have other cluster in our tenant that works without problem, do you guys have any problem with the DemoHub environment?

@fmunerato if you are using partner tenant go for the normal VA which you can download from sailpoint website

Usually if it is a partner tenant the VA’s latest image can be downloaded via the following process:

i. Connections → Virtual Appliances → Create New → Cluster Configuration → Virtual Appliance → Add VA

ii. If there’s a cluster already created you can add VA to it and download the latest zip file for Standard local deployment.

iii. Official Documentation here with VA image download as well!!

Thanks for the help guys.

We probably has a very old VA image and it was taking a long time to download CCG.

After wait some time the VA vas connected.
