Hello,
I’ve been proposed to use IIQ as a HelpDesk connector while upgrading to ISC. I’ve found that the connection within ISC on the Helpdesk connector is not possible for IIQ (as it isn’t a helpdesk tool). I’m eager to find if this challenge is possible as I am seeing it is not possible. Based on the techical difficulties I have encountered, is there really a way of implementing it?

Hi Guido,
Welcome to SailPoint developer community.
I was surprised with this requirement, this doesn’t make any sense.
What is the requirement here.

Hi Krishna,
We have been requested to start using ISC features while the migration is still going on. We have been presented multiple variants in order to achieve this as we can’t see the migration being complete by the end of the year. There’s a constant pressure on starting to use some of the features from ISC. Thank you for your comment. This is really helpfull to ensure which activities can be performed within ISC during migration. Based on what what we were investigating there a few to none. I’ll gladly show the team all of these reasons in order to complete the migration while only using IIQ.
Thank you again

You can use IIQ till you complete the migration.
