User has been reflecting under identitynow but did not reflect under AD. we manually synced the attributes and then ran the aggegation multiple times to sync it under AD We need to know the root cause why it was not created under first place

your are tring to create a user with a wrong attribute, pwd for example. Review how you are prosining and the AD requirements

password will be provisioned by the ISC and it is an automated process why it is recurring for this specific user not for other users.

I would check password policy requirements for AD and align with ISC in the first instance.

so, look the attributes of this account and review if the values of those attributes comply with the requirements of AD
