User account locked Password rotations occur in CyberArk

Hi,

We’ve completed the integration and are successfully pulling data into ISC. However, when password rotations occur in CyberArk, the new password is not getting updated in SailPoint ISC. Because of this mismatch, user accounts are getting locked.

Has anyone encountered this issue or found a solution?

Not familiar with CyberArk but that does sound to me like Hashicorp Vault, is this how are you using it? is there a request within ISC?

you mean HashiCorp Vault for the DevOps Team one? If Yes, we are not using that. there is no request in ISC.

Right Hashi for DevOps, it can be also used for Password Management.

If there’s no request in ISC, how are you expecting to successfully update passwords?

Hi @Pkkumar I’m assuming that you are enabling the PTA (Passthrough Authentication) via AD or Azure AD where CyberArk is rotating the users passwords?, is that right?

If not then Enable the PTA and try again and let me know, glad to check further with you.
