User Account is not deleting in the server

Hello,
I am integrating Linux with SailPoint IIQ creation, modification and deletion are working fine.

  1. I triggered the access review by disabling the Process Revokes Immediately option. And run perform maintenance task then account is not revoked in the target system. However, the transaction record is showing success in the admin console. It doesn’t even call Before Provisioning Rule also.

  2. When we tried access review with Process Revokes Immediately option the account got revoked immediately along with the user directory, transaction is also showing success in the admin console. In this case we can see both before provisioning and after provisioning rules are getting triggered.

Can anyone has faced this previously.

Hi @RajGopal,

Could you please check whether the Refresh Identity Cubes task has been executed? Also, verify if the Expire Work Items task has run successfully. These tasks can sometimes affect the processing of certification revocations.

I checked the transaction in the Channel section Work Item is there and for actual deleted id in channel section application name is there.
