Have anyone implemented Microsoft Power Automate in sailpoint IDN? wondering if this product can be any help for any kind of automation in sailpoint, especially for org which does not have workflow feature in SailPoint?

what ever it may be automation at the end of the day you need to rely on ISC APIs, remaining is our creativity how you use ISC triggers, APIs to workflow kind of feel though you do not have workflow feature in our ISC.
