Description
Data is critical to the success of an identity management program whether it be having clean data during implementation, using advanced analytics and modeling tools to advance processes, and being able to demonstrate the return on investment with up-to-date key performance indicator metrics. While the Identity Security Cloud (ISC) interface provides a user-friendly interface with many interactive screens, it can be time-consuming to manually access and review data. Further, much of the key data is hidden within the back end. This workshop will demonstrate three use-cases where automating and exporting data through the API can enhance the effectiveness, speed, and overall success of an identity management program. While the demonstrations will be similar in their use of the API, each will expose a separate data analysis tool that could be beneficial for that use case. Documentation and sample code will be provided for data extraction.
