We recently made changes to one of our reports, but noticed that it cannot be saved under the same name. To work around this, I updated the title from New test Report to New Testing Report.
Could you please confirm why we are unable to edit and save the report with the same name? Is this a known limitation or potentially a bug?

Yes, when you try to save existing report(from UI), the system will try to create a new report with same template and it will show an error saying report already exist with the same name.
you must change the name.
@kallajayaram Name and ID are unique attributes across multiple objects in IIQ. You can’t create a new object within the same type with same name.
