Every time i run a submit a create account request for my jdbc source for which i have written a provisioning rule, I get an identity refresh right before the create account activity, which fails with this error.

Unable to remove account ‘account name’
Stage:
Completed with errors. Refer to the remediation status report.
ACCOUNT REQUEST
Modify account: ‘account name’

I would like to understand what exactly is happening under the hood?

Dear @vikramsah ,

I also faced same issue, While i am trying to create account insted of creating account it was going to modfy account.
My issue is some attributes are missing and the username is not inspecified farmat. So check either are you creating username in specified format?
