We have set up a Sandbox environment with the following components: • Java (openlogic-openjdk-jre-11.0.21+9-windows-x64) • Apache Tomcat (apache-tomcat-9.0.89) • MS SQL Server 2022 This environment is configured for IdentityIQ 8.4, and we have successfully set up the IIQ console. While we are able to log in, we encounter an issue when trying to create a new application: the options are not appearing. Kindly assist us.

can you share the logs trace? In every case, I think you have a misconfiguration or some file are missing
