Unable to connect to Exchange online through powershell commands from Sailpoint rule

Hi All,

I am trying to connect to exchange online through powershell from Powershell. But it is throwing below exception. While the same credentials and commands are working when executed directly from poweshell console. Any help is highly appreciated:
