Unable to assign role to users through Bulk Importer Tool

Hello,

I used IdentityNow Bulk Access Profile and Role Importer (Version: 10.0.0) to assign role to users with the following input. The two first users’s assignedValue is userID.

The script executed without the error. Unfortunatedly, the API shows that “Identities” of the role is still 0.

I’d love to hear the thoughts and experience of anyone who faced such an issue and your solution of this issue.
