Unable to add access profile to user via api

I am using access profile request using v3 api collection as directed over https://community.sailpoint.com/t5/IdentityNow-Articles/IdentityNow-REST-API-Submit-Access-Request/ta-p/72229. But I am getting denial for access request in the Request Centre(My request) post getting success message for API and below is the error message.

INOW_REQUEST_APPROVAL_API
Requestor is not authorised to perform request

Can anyone suggest what I permission I need to provide to Admin user.

Can you please provide the following information:

  • request body
  • response status code
  • response body
  • Method of authentication (personal access token, OAuth client credentials, etc)
