Which IIQ version are you inquiring about?

In the process of implementing Twilio SMS verification for user resets. I need to know what Twilio API has been used by IIQ under the hood since we need to open up our firewall to make this work. We added verify.twilio.com but it did not work.

There is not much in the documenation about it, see if this helps

it also seems that in IIQ 6.3p5 there was change which allows Twilio to connect via Proxy
“ETN 23126: Allow the Twilio client to honor the configured settings ‘https.proxyHost’ and ‘https.proxyPort’ for a forward proxy.”
