[ Token generation failed. Unable to generate access token]-Unable to find valid certification path to requested target

Dear Members, I’ve on-boarded PAM Application to Sailpoint IIQ and configured successfully, when try to test my configuration getting below error and i can’t able to see test connection success . Kindly help me.

I’ve added the SSL certs to “E:\Java\jdk-20\lib\security\cacerts” location by using keytool command , rebooted my whole windows server, still same issue, attaching error screenshots.

Try importing cacert to below location once:

E:\Java\jdk-20\jre\lib\security\cacerts
