Hello,

The trigger “Access Request Decision” is only working when the operation is “Remove”.
3 months ago, we’ve contacted the support. They were able to reproduce the issue which should be released in next release. However, we do still encounter the issue.

I would like to know if you have the same or if it’s only related to our tenant ?

For info, no filter is defined for the trigger.

please work with support using the original support ticket that you created. They should be able to update you when the fix is in production.
