Targeted Certification Revocation Emails

Our team is looking at using the Targeted Certification for a process. One of the requirements our business partner has is an email needs to be sent prior to the “Revoke” action taking affect during the revocation period. I have tried multiple tests to have an email go out prior to the Revoke action but have not been successful.

I am looking for an email to be sent 2 days prior to the action.
Here are the settings i have used in the END section of the Targeted Certification

Revocation Period Duration – 7 Days
Revocation Notification
—Days before expiration to send First reminder notification - 2 days
—Reminder Requency – Once

any help would be great

@Bradlabs12 your configuration looks good, can you check if user has email ? also if possible then post the CertificationDefinition xml here.

The manager has an email address and what part of the Certification Definition would you want to see
