Hello Team,

I am using Sybase Direct connector to aggregate the accounts. It is working but unable to use the include/exclude databases parameter. I tried to put DB names in parameters but nothing is getting changed in the aggregated accounts. Neither the include databases nor exclude databases parameter is making any changes for aggregation.

Could someone please guide me on this?

It’s possible that users are present in all the included databaes. Do you see any difference if you input a random databaes name in include database?

Connector is aggregating users from all databases. Nothing is being changed after putting values in the include databases.

Even if you put a single incorrect database name?

incorrect database error is showing up while putting random string.

okay thanks for checking, so it seems the connector does check the database added in the include/exclude parameters. I kind of remember using it long back so it might be an issue where users is present in the databases included, and hence there is no differnece in the aggregation. Is there a way to validate in the included target database if aggregated users has account in it.
