The Freshservice source supports the following features:
Aggregation of Accounts (Agents and Requesters)
I’ve been informed by support, that there is a feature request in place and I’ve also been asked to raise an idea through the ideas portal.
It looks like the above “create” operation is limited to Agents, not requesters. The documentation should be adapted to feature this clear distinction.

Just wanted to provide you with an update that the connector team has identified that the connector needs an enhancement to support provisioning of requesters as expected by target system.
As per their latest update, the team has successfully raised an enhancement for the same and please find the ID as follows : “CONSEALINK-6359” . Unfortunately, we do not have any ETA at present when this would be available in the current connector configuration, however, you may reach out to your CSM along with the above ticket id to track the progress on the same.
Additionally, I would kindly request you to please also raise an enhancement request from our IDEA portal for better visibility. Since, there are no further actions pending here, please confirm if we are good to archive this case ahead.
