Supported Browsers and Operating Systems - SailPoint Identity Security Cloud User Help

Supported browsers and operating systems Before you get too far, let's make sure your browser and operating system (OS) meet the following requirements. Desktop browsers and operating systems Check out https://updatemybrowser.org/ to see whether you're using the latest version of your browser. Mobile browsers and operating systems Note the following about mobile devices: Phones - Some end-user capabilities are supported on phones. For example, users can complete access requests and manage non-employee accounts. Admin capabilities are not supported on phones. Tablets - Most end-user and admin capabilities are supported on tablets. However, certification reviews are disabled on all mobile devices. Documentation Feedback

This is the companion discussion topic for the documentation at https://documentation.sailpoint.com/saas/user-help/getting_started/supported_browsers.html

Is it possible to get a list of what functions are accessible via a mobile browser? We are getting errors for users who are unable to access the access review via a mobile device. We were curious if there was a list of what is currently compatible.

Hi @hjoe-1!Thanks for the feedback. I’ve created a ticket to review our mobile compatibility information. We’ll update this thread when we’ve completed that work. Thank you!

Sounds great, thank you!

Hi @hjoe-1! Thanks for your patience.

I checked with our UI and PM teams. We don’t have an official list of mobile support, but they confirmed that Cert Reviews are the only feature explicitly blocked on mobile devices. Other features will load, however, usability will vary based on feature area and admin sections might not render content well on mobile devices.

Is Mobile Chrome on iOS (phone/Tablet) supported also, since Mobile Chrome on Android is supported?

HI @gmilunich! I reached out to the product team to confirm whether Chrome on iOS is supported. I’ll update this thread when I’ve completed that review.

@gmilunich They confirmed that only OS-native browsers are supported, so Chrome on iOS is not supported.

Edited to add: I’ll update the documentation to note that the limitation is OS-native.
