SuccessFactors Account Aggregation failed with error

Hello All,

We are facing an error when we run SuccessFactors Account Aggregation, which is our HR application. I am attaching the error screens hot also the error logs.

We are on IIQ 8.3p1

Hi and Hello,

What version of java do you have?

You may also need to add it to tomcat.

–add-exports=java.xml/com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.jaxp=ALL-UNNAMED

After adding this entry in the Java → apache-tomcat-9.0/bin/Tomcat9w
i was able to resolve the issue
