Success Factors Access Management

Hi all,

We aim to manage groups and roles in SAP SuccessFactors using SailPoint IdentityNow. At present, we have designated SuccessFactors as an authoritative source and established another source (Web Service type) for provisioning groups and roles for users in SuccessFactors. I am seeking best practices and examples to facilitate this implementation. Specifically, I am encountering challenges in retrieving accounts with their associated groups and roles during account aggregation. Additionally, I need guidance on adding and removing entitlements via HTTP operations. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I see in the docummentation for SF connector - it should actualy be possible to manage group and role membership via OoTB SF connector - no need really to use WebServices one for that. Did you try the standard connector already?

Hi Kamil,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I checked that. In the guide it says Static Groups can be managable indeed. However, when I add groups into an Access Profile it gives the following error.

Just noticed that the type of the group that I try to add is dynamic, hence the error probably. I will update when I aggregated a static group and added to an access profie. Thanks!

@kjakubiak I receive this when I test provisioning static groups. Does static group provisioning require any specific configuration as far as you know? Any idea what might be the issue?
