For audit needs, we are asked to pull terminated users (SSF leaver request) report based on segment, or email (identity attributes).
since we clean identities after 30 days, we are not able to pull this data.
Need enhancement to store critical Identity attributes inside Leaver request
The Identity Request is designed to display the actions taken in the plan, including any approvals or errors. If your plan includes setting an email address, it will automatically appear under the Identity Request.
However, you should avoid using Identity Request to store information. Instead, consider adding a step in your termination workflow to audit based on your requirements. For example, you can store the email addresses of terminating users there.
