In IdentityIQ, we are using a Quicklink to create on-demand identities, which requires two levels of approval:
Level 1: Manager
Level 2: IT Security Team
Currently, when a request is rejected at any level, a rejection notification is sent to the Manager, Requester, ICT Governance Team, Access Management Team, and IT Security Team.
Requirement:
I want to stop sending rejection notifications to the ICT Governance Team, Access Management Team, and IT Security Team. Only the Manager and Requester should be notified of the rejection.
How can I modify the workflow to conditionally suppress notifications to those additional teams when a request is rejected?
