We are seeing 500 errors when importing Rules and Sources from sandbox to production. Any ideas what might be the cause of this error?

From the information you have provided I do not see any issue. Make sure that you have set the header with Content-Type: multipart/form-data.
You do not specify any filter and I’m wondering what happens if you narrow your import to a particular object. Can you try for exemple for a source the options="{“excludeTypes”:[“RULE”,“TRANSFORM”],“includeTypes”:[“SOURCE”],“objectOptions”:{“SOURCE”:{“includedIds”: [],“includedNames”:}}}"

It turned out there was an issue with our tenant which was resolved by Sailpoint. sp-config works now.
