These connectors were working normally, but I checked last night and this error started to appear. What kind of error could this be? Have credentials expired?
I am running tests with a screen plugin, developed to automate the change of passwords for the service account used by IDN for the sources “Active Directory” and “Active Directory - Service Accounts”. In the tests we ran, the IdentityNow screen responded that the password change was successful after clicking the “Review and Test” button. However, approximately 2 minutes later, when we manually open the browser and access the sources, the connection test displays LDAP error 49 - Invalid credentials.
