Source name not updated

Hello Team,

We’ve configured a source in IdentityNow. Lets say for example “Test Source 1” and later we’ve updated source name to “Source 1”. But after submitting a request it’s picking the request for old source name. Could anyone please explain how to fix this?

It’s the backend name of source and it cannot be changed but you can get source displayname. I do not think it would be available OOTB in plan so you will have to use rule , put the value in plan arguments and then read from there.

We have a similar need to be able to use the value that is saved in the GUI of the source config. was a solution to this ever achieved?
