I tried to update source name and description of the source. Its updated on individual source page and on the source list page, its shows the old name only.
I also got error when I try update name/description of the source, but the changes are made in individual source page

If you haven’t already done so, please submit a support ticket. The support team will be able to look at your logs to identify what is going on.
Thanks Colin. The error message is due to background task processing. The Support team suggested renaming the source when there are no background tasks running and it works.
