Setting proxyadress in Active Directory

Hi, We need to set proxy address field from Sailpoint to Active directory. Any idea how that can be set, as it is multivalued attribute?

Hi @himabindu306,

you can send a list on this attribute. Remember you must send “SMPT:email” for the principal and “smtp:email” for the secondary.

Hi Emanuele,

When we started setting proxyaddress in AD, the users stopped getting synchronized to Azure. Any help where is the issue.

I dont think those things are correlated. Entra connect managed the sincronization between AD and Azure, check it.
