Is it possible to use the Customization rule to set the owner of a group during aggregation?
If yes, can someone help me with the code?

Could you share more details? Are you trying to set an owner for a group in the entitlement catalog or another group?
Use the group aggregation rule in account group aggregation task to update owner.
