ServiceNow ISC - Segmentation issue

We are in the process of testing Segmentation so that Users can only see items they are allow to request.

I see segmentations are working in SailPoint however, with the integration into ServiceNow - the segmentations are not working…

from this screenshot you see I don’t see TEST-HR or TEST-ITS

However, in ServiceNow using the isc_request_2 page - I do see it.

Is there something I am missing in the integration setup that I need to set so that Segmentation works within ServiceNow?

Thank you for the post. In case of ServiceNow integration we use the org admin for making connection from ServiceNow to IdentityNow. If you are using Org Admin then As per the documentation of Sailpoint “Regardless of their segmentation, org administrators can view and submit requests for all access items and applications in the Request Center”

I don’t believe segments are supported in the ServiceNow Catalog Integration at the moment.
