We are setting up Provisioning to ServiceNow and getting this error when a new user is being provisioned with access to ServiceNow.
We have sys_id is set as AccountID and user_name as Account Name in the Account Schema and all other required parameters are being passed in the Create Profile. We have checked and there does not seem like any issue with those.
I am not able to wrap my head around this specific sys_id
issue which should be created by ServiceNow and returned via a Get Object
operation following the Create Account
Any insights please?
