We have received a New Requirement to Integrate with ServiceNow for Automated Asset Removal Request, this integration aims to save the licensing cost by detecting the unused licenses.
ServiceNow will automatically create a Asset Removal request in ServiceNow end, when it detects the assigned access is not being used for certain days.
Sailpoint needs to pull those requests and de-provision the access automatically when such request are created in ServiceNow.
Has someone worked on such integration previously or If you have any suggestions on how we can achieve this integration, Please do suggest.
