Send welcome invitation to personal email or to manager

I’m trying to set up a way to send an invitation to the user to register with IdentityNow. The email must be sent to your personal email and to the manager’s email, but without using Workflow. Is there any way to do this configuration?

Note: The email must be sent at the moment the identity receives the “active” status.

Hi @thiagogosantanasi,

To send an invitation to a personal email address, please ensure that the alternative email is set to the personal email address. Within the invitation options, you have the ability to select the option to automatically send the invite to the alternative email. If the lifecycle state is set to Active, the invitation will be sent once the user reaches the active lifecycle state.

workflow is required to send an invitation to Manager as well.

This way, from what I understand, the personal email will always come from the authorized source, if the user changes this email in the user preferences, it will be replaced by the personal email that comes from the authorized source again, correct?
