Hi all,

I would like to check when I manage user access and try to add an application group for an identity which has multiple accounts of this application, I am unable to select multiple accounts in one request. Is there any settings I can enable to allow multiple accounts to be selected?

Hi @shijingg,

Is the default behavior of IIQ when you request an entitlment of the application for an identity with more than 1 account of the same application.
A similar form appears for role assignment if you dont hav configured an account selector rule on role.
