Need a search query for full lifecycle of a single access request, like when it is created, approved, when it is granted etc. Help on this if any query or any way?

Hi @shaffusailpoint,

One way to get that information is by using this API -

This is similar to what you see in Access History and the response will be in the same order.

This API retrieves all access events for the identity. Hope this helps!
