Search for users who have created Personal Access Token in IDN

Hi, Can someone please suggest me how we can fetch list of all users in IDN tenant who has created Personal Access Token which can be used by Postman to access various Sailpoint APIs. Do we have any Search query or API.

Also it will be great if that feature can extend the ability to apply search based on scope as well, like list of users who has particular scope selected.

you can get all PATs with API:

GET https://sailpoint.api.identitynow.com/v3/personal-access-tokens
