SDIM Role Request - Duplicate Tickets in ITSM

Hey Team, we have a ITSM integration via Generic SDIM and have encountered a weird problem/bug.

When requesting a role consisting of either entitlement(s) or AP(s), duplicate tickets are created in the end system. This only occurs for roles.

What I have noticed when checking the provisioning plan is that 1 of the requests has the plan.arguments.accessRequestType: GRANT ACCESS while the 2nd duplicate request has no accessRequestType at all. It’s as if its provisioning one request for the Account creatiton and one request for the entitlements in the request.

Has anyone else had the same issue?
