SCIM provisioning for on premise application

How do I integrate an on-premise application into IdentityIQ ? My use case is I should be able to do scim user provisioning for the on premise application. The on premise web app is only accessible if we are in the same network. Can anyone guide on how to configure it ? Do we have an agent something like that to connect to the Identity IQ server ? Is it possible to do scim provisioning for on-premise applications ?

Hey Chakri,

Two things to consider:

  1. Does your on-prem supports integration via SCIM
2.If it does, is it OOTB supported or that application has additional software to download SCIM server. You’ll have to setup a SCIM server for that application in that case

Now when you have checked the second point mentioned above:
If it doesn’t allow you to setup a SCIM server but it Supports SCIM api’s
First thing you should do is find API documentation for that application
By that you can integrate that application via web service connector too I guess.
or make a plugin for connection

I don’t think SCIM provisioning is to do anything with SAAS or on-premise solution . as long as all the required end points are available ( exposed ) by the target system . Sailpoint would be able to integrate with it .

Now around the connectivity issue . I think this question is more for the networking or firewall team . that how they whitelist endpoint or IP from Sailpoint server .
