We would like to integrate SCIM 2.0 SaaS with IdentityNow. Currently we don’t have any existing setup of SCIM 2.0 SaaS. Can we get a free trial version of SCIM 2.0 SaaS or etc… where I can get a valid Base URL, Username and Password for our sample testing in our developer environment. Could anyone please suggest?

SCIM 2.0 is just a standard for exchanging identity related information. You will only need to use that connector if you have a system that can use SCIM 2.0 to integrate. If you want to experiment just generally, you could use a mocking service such as Webhook.site - Test, transform and automate Web requests and emails
You can try to find SaaS applications that offer SCIM 2.0 endpoints for user management and take a trial for them.
Like Atlassian Access (just renamed to Atlassian Guard…) for instance:

Thanks a lot Remi!, I have tried connecting Sailpoint IdentityNow and JIra Atalisian using SCIM 2.0 with authentication type as No Auth authentication type but not able to load accounts and entitlements. I have crated some test accounts and aggregated but after aggregation accounts count is 0. and entitlement aggregation is throwing error:
Exception during aggregation of Object Type group on Application jira Atlasian [source]. Reason: java.lang.RuntimeException: An error occurred while aggregating Application jira Atlasian [source]
could you please suggest?

Without configuring authentication I don’t think you’ll get anywhere.
