[SCIM 2.0] Connection return error - error occurred processing a message

Dear team,

Please share some lights if you have any experience on the SCIM 2.0 connector. We have home-grown SCIM server that need to connect to SailPoint IDN, which we have tested curl via VA to confirm the no traffic blocking and confirm successful result return.
However, when trying the test connection in IDN UI, the connection return timeout after 15 seconds, when I checked the CCG log, it returned error message saying “error occurred processing a message”:

I have no clue why this error occur, if anyone has experienced this before, please help to share some light! thank you so much!!!

I mentioned this another thread recently, but I am assuming you cycled your VA?

Hi @BenNelson, thanks for the help! would you mind to share the other thread with similar issue? Since I am not able to locate it via simple search. Also would you explain more on cycled your VA?

I was just asking if you did a VA restart. We have found that it can help with connector issues in some cases.
