SAP Success Factor attributes do not sync to Active Directory via SailPoint IIQ

The AD aggregation is not part of the ‘Target Mapping’-flow and the error is not related to the changes you made.

Do you have direct access to Active Directory (Like using ‘Active Directory Users and Computers’) to validate if the attributes are updated in AD.

for few users location and company attributes has been populated but few users not populated the both attributes.

So if it works for a few it shows it works.

For the other follow each sub-step and try to find where it ‘fails’.
SuccessFactors (attribute provided?) → Aggregate (attribute in Link via debug) ->SourceMaping (check identity via debug)->TargetMapping->AD

It is not possible to directly state where went wrong for the non-few

physicalDeliveryOfficeName attribute value populated as email id. Please refer the above screenshot.

Location attribute mapping in Identity attributes as below.

Could you please suggest me why location attribute value populated email id in AD?

Run full aggregation on AD.

Take a sample user, check the current value for Location and PhysicalDeliveryOfficeName and let us test for it and troubleshoot why it is not working.
