SAML Login issue

Hi Team,

We have upgraded from 8.3p3 to 8.4p2 version recently as part of that we have also upgraded tomcat and jdk version as well post that we are unable to login using saml configuration, however we can able to login using serverip:8080/identityiq/login.jsf with spadmin user

Hi @sureshbommareddy98,

we had some similar problems after upgrade. We detect that some configurations are not be updated with the upgrade. Check your Configuration object with an istance that works. In my case, Pre-prod works, Prod not. I add the lines that are not present, and the problem was solved.

Also, you can find the configuration file on the installation files.

Can you please let me know which objects have you been updated

on debug page, check the Configuration objects

I have re imported saml file again but no luck

@sureshbommareddy98 Could you please share the logs? could be the issue is with signature mismatch or keystore issue as you have upgraded java as well.
