We have this SDIM integration between SailPoint and Zendesk for Service Desk in place.
We’re able to generate the zendesk ticket via sailpoint request center when we request something from it either Access profiles or entitlements. We want sailpoint to pull the approver details as well in the ticket body when generating a ticket. Can someone please help with this ?
As of now :
If we request something via sailpoint request center, it creates a zendesk ticket.
What we want :
When we configure approvals within those requests(Access profiles/entitlements), then it follows the approval process and creates the ticket. We just want to pull these approver details when the request is approved in the ticket body.
