I see an Identity “Sailpoint Services” in my tenant, But when I tries creating a campaign for that Identity, It is not getting pulled in to the campaign. Is there any reason why we can’t pull this identity into campaign.
What type of Campaign are you trying to create? If it specific to some source, please check if the identity is present in that source
I’m trying manager campaign. I’m thinking “sailpoint services” is an account used by Sailpoint support team, Is that a reason why this Identity not coming into our campaign.

As per the documentation Sailpoint Support is only used by Sailpoint team for troubleshooting the tenant.
